Google Chrome!
Google’s brand new browser, Google Chrome, went live yesterday with a beta version which can be found on Google’s website, which is located here. So get off your backsides and download this sleek looking new browser, which has great looking GUI, a simple interface, and tons of options and features, including the ability to import bookmarks and other things from your other browser, and a quick and easy web search tool. see now here’s the problem, Google is a major contributor to Mozilla Firefox… But now that they have their own browser, does that mean they will stop promoting Firefox? Firefox will no longer come with the google software pack?
The browser also raises some privacy issues (but then again, since when has anything google has ever released not had security issues)… I’ll post about it another day, for tonight, goodnight and wish me luck for tomorrow?
The only thing I’ve seen them contribute to Firefox was a Firefox-themed Google page and the toolbar. If they do stop, they wont stop now, they’ll probably stop when Firefox updates. Which privacy issues? If you mean looking up porn, then you can do that easy, just go incognito mode. It opens another window that doesn’t save anything into the history. If there’s anything else, it’s because it’s in beta, it’ll be better when it’s fully released.

Ok. I’ve only been using this for about 2 days, and during that time I’ve found over 20 problems with this browser. Frankly I’m starting to get pissed at Google. Their GUI is quite good and simple, and some of the features are good, but the browser is down-right awful.
