Jarret, I've heard bad things about HostGator and their control panel isn't custom... it looks just like all the other hosts that use cPanel.

Truth be told, I've been looking at HostGator and GoDaddy for a few days now. I was thinking of choosing one of them.

You could always go with HostGator or GoDaddy. I know that they oversell but they have cheap prices and it sounds like they could cover what you are trying to do.

You can get unlimited subdomains, plus plenty of bandwidth and disk space for less then $7 even if you go month to month. There aren't any signup fees or nothing to purchase in advanced to get such cheap hosting.

GoDaddy has their own custom control panel though which is sometimes hard to navigate. HostGator uses cPanel which has a lot of options and is standard in the industry.

GoDaddy offers 25 databases using the Deluxe Linux hosting plan that I am using with them. Not sure about HostGator, but I am using their Baby plan as well. I know that a lot of people use HostGator and many recommend them so you might want to check them out.
