Trouble activating a Habbo account
The other day I remember a old Habbo account I created and I decided to activate it so I can use it on the merged hotel. When I tried to activate it however I was taken to a error page. I couldn’t even get it to start the merge! I submitted a ticket on the new help system (good work with it BTW, I’ve got to say I love having a proper ticket system where I can see past messages), and apparently the problem is caused by my “fuller” cache.

After I enter the login details it takes me to a error page (it says “Oops, an error has occurred”).

You may be experiencing this problem because your computer cache is full. Every time you visit a web site, your computer stores information in a notebook called a ‘cache’. This information is stored to help memorize your favourite websites and make note of things you visit. Of course, the more you browse the Internet, the fuller your cache becomes! It’s a good idea to clear your cache every 2-3 weeks to stop it filling up and causing problems.
